Tending Moon Center was born at the very beginning of 2013.
This space, located on the bottom floor of the Bellingham Birth Center, offers intentional care, support and resources to empower women to empower their families and empower our communities. We do this in several ways. Aside from massage, doula services and birth education classes, we offer a breast feeding circle for support for new mamas, infant massage classes, women’s circles, a birth and breastfeeding lending library, LunaVida chocolate tastings, and more!
Tending Moon is woman focused but is here to support the entire family and community.

In my practice as a massage therapist and Reiki Practitioner my deepest intention is to help people get IN their bodies and learn to navigate what is present and ready for tending within themselves. Through body, breath and emotional awareness we create stronger rootedness within ourselves and deeper, more satisfying connection with others.

Nurturing Sprouts Massage & Doula Services
My name is Tanya Hladik and I’m a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I provide emotional, informational and physical support to women and their families before, during and after childbirth. I support to families as they grow. At my practice I offer sessions in Ortho-Bionomy, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.
